Leading AI.
Writing about it.
Delivering results.
$500M+ in proven business value. 15+ years leading AI, Computer Vision, and ML programs at Walmart scale. And I wrote the book on how professionals should lead AI — not just use it.
Thinking In Prompts
AI doesn't have a quality problem.
It just needs effective leadership.
And the leader is supposed to be you.
The world says "prompt better." This book says think differently.
Thinking In Prompts introduces the Prompting Loop — a five-phase framework that turns AI from a guessing game into a working conversation. Not by teaching you to code. Not by giving you scripts to copy. By changing how you think.
Forget the red pill or the blue pill. This is the Purple Pill — the choice to stop debating whether AI is a threat or a savior and start learning how to lead it.

The Prompting Loop — 5 Phases
Over a 15+ year career spanning Walmart, Sam's Club, and Tyson Foods, I've built a track record of turning complex, ambiguous technology initiatives into real, measurable business outcomes.
I currently lead Sam's Club's most critical AI-enabled modernization programs — including Exit Vision, ISee, Just Unload, and the TBC Tech Refresh — aligning engineering, operations, asset protection, finance, and multiple vendor partners around shared goals.
My work at Walmart Global Tech drove over $200M in annual cost savings by deploying AI anti-theft solutions across 3,200 US stores. Earlier, I designed a first-of-its-kind kiosk product that generated $100M in annual revenue for Walmart's sporting goods division.
I'm a strategic thinker and skilled communicator — equally comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and working directly with engineering teams. I don't just manage programs. I make them mean something.
